1.0 President Jan Mosher called the regular meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

6.1 Superintendent Report — Mr. Finster reported he is extremely unhappy with the Baseball field which he has expressed to the Architect and Engineer. Mr. Finster stated a few teachers have resigned and accepted employment at Jefferson-Lewis schools.

6.2 MS/HS Principal’s Report — Summer School will be finished on Friday, August 18, 2023. Regents will be taking place on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 and Thursday, August 17, 2023. Planning for the Staff Development Days in September is taking place. He has completed the soccer game schedule and is working on finalizing basketball games. He is working on scheduling CSE reevaluations the 2023-2024 school year. We have a new Speech Teacher, Ms. Boliver from Jeff-Lewis BOCES.
6.3 Curriculum Coordinator’s Report — Mrs. Tuttle-Lamb stated she continues to work on instructional materials. She attended the Leadership Conference in Lake Placid with Mr. Finster. She continues to organize, strategize and create resources for teachers.
6.4 Tax Levy — RESOLVED to adopt a resolution approving the 2023-2024 Taxy Levy in the amount of $4,263,309.
